MAD//Fest and global media agency Vizeum are excited to announce Flourish - a brand new initiative designed to improve diversity in our industry and give people from underrepresented backgrounds such as lower socio-economic and ethnic minority groups a start on the media ladder.
50 young people aged 16-24 will have have the opportunity to attend MAD//Fest and attend workshops, seminars and tailored mentoring designed to give young people their big break.
