Measurably Daring Startup Competition

MAD//Fest has teamed up with digital economy agency Fetch to launch Measurably Daring - a start-up pitch competition with a twist…

We’re looking for start-ups who take risks and can prove their disruptive credentials by partnering with Fetch, part of the Dentsu-Aegis Network, and collaboratively develop ideas, pitches and campaigns for clients. Fetch clients include Telegraph Media Group, Shop Direct and Expedia.

The winner of Measurably Daring will have the opportunity to accelerate their start-up working alongside Fetch and receive 12 months of free office space at Fetch’s Shoreditch HQ. They’ll also receive mentoring, business development support and access to Fetch’s network of clients, agencies and investors.

15 start-ups will have the chance to pitch at MAD//Fest. 3 heat winners and one wildcard will pitch on the main stage on 29 Nov, the finale of MAD//Fest, which includes a keynote from Sarah Wood CBE, Unruly Media’s founder.

MAD//Fest and global media agency Vizeum are excited to announce Flourish - a brand new initiative designed to improve diversity in our industry and give people from underrepresented backgrounds such as lower socio-economic and ethnic minority groups a start on the media ladder.

50 young people aged 16-24 will have have the opportunity to attend MAD//Fest and attend workshops, seminars and tailored mentoring designed to give young people their big break.

If you’re a brand, you’ll have the chance to meet young, talented people and get a rich insight into how diversity can give you a creative and business edge.
