How video boosts conversions and consumer confidence

Whilst shoppable video is a fantastic opportunity for brands, video can also boost consumer confidence and tip the balance in favour of buying a product.

Many e-commerce sites are akin to the old school Argos catalogue in digital form. By not utilising video, they are missing out on a powerful tool that can persuade people to part with their hard-earned pounds.

Used smartly, video can bridge the confidence gap and provide more interactive and effective understanding of a particular product, giving savvy brands the edge in a competitive e-commerce marketplace.
