Proctor & Gamble's Senior Brand Manager for Tampax Europe, Charles Steinmyller, believes that by changing our perspective on waste, brands can make a positive impact through marketing, in the latest episode of MAD//Fest's partner podcast, Shiny New Object.

Charles Steinmyller, Senior Brand Manager for Tampax Europe at Procter & Gamble. works to reconcile consumer interests and expectations in a diverse market with many different cultural influences. This is why he strongly believes in a consumer centric approach to marketing, which starts with "being the consumer."

In his career, which includes a stint in the French Navy, Charles has seen first-hand the impact of human activity on the environment. This is why he strongly believes that brands should be part of the circular economy, and his Shiny New Object reflects that. By changing our perspective on waste, brands can make a positive impact through marketing as well as through their procurement activities.
