Can you believe it? It’s MAD//Fest time, again, meaning you’re one sleep away from the UK’s biggest + best marketing fest!

The event is now 100% SOLD OUT + any ticket swaps will now need to be made at our helpdesk located in the main attendee check-in area. Please also pay special attention to our warm weather advice below.

Here’s the essential info:

  1. LOCATION + DIRECTIONS - Truman Brewery, Ely's Yard, 15 Hanbury St, London E1 6QR

Registration is clearly signposted in Ely’s Yard.

  1. TIMINGS + AGENDA - doors open at 8:30am. The Kantar Hexagon Stage kicks off at 9:45am. We also have ‘Rise + Shine’ sessions on the Media + Tech, Disruption + AI + Innovation stages from 9:10. Click HERE for the agenda -  you can also download an offline agenda for each stage HERE
  2. THE APP - it’s got your ticket, the agenda, map, attendee list + networking tools…basically you’ll be completely lost without it - get it now on iOS + Android.
  3. IS YOUR TICKET VALID? Your ticket + QR code is only valid for the days when you’ve told us you will be attending. To make entry quick and smooth we recommend adding your ticket to your phone's wallet.

WARM WEATHER ADVICE

It’s going to be HOT (27-30 degrees) but humidity levels are normal. We have taken extra precautions for your safety and enjoyment of MAD//Fest including:

  • 15,000 half-litre bottles of water will be available (with refill points in the Brewery (where the Disruption stage is located) and outside the Kantar Hexagon Stage
  • Medical support will be walking around the site at all times and in constant contact with the MAD//Fest team to ensure quick attendance
  • A number of additional fans have been provided, and sponsors have been encouraged to bring fans to their activations

Additionally, MAD//Fest encourages attendees to:

  • Wear appropriate clothing and sunscreen
  • Stay hydrated at all times
  • Consider the safety of friends and colleagues during the week
  • Enjoy alcohol responsibly 
  • Bring a personal hand fan, if available 
  • Speak to staff immediately if you or someone you are with feels unwell, who will bring a medic to you
