BEWARE OF PHISHING EMAILS CLAIMING TO BE MAD//FEST
27 April 2026
We want to make you aware of a phishing scam currently circulating, where fraudulent emails are being sent that appear to come from us, offering “free tickets” to MAD//Fest London in July.
These emails are NOT from us 👇.

Please be advised:
- This is a phishing scam
- Do not click on any links or download any attachments from these messages.
- Do not provide any personal or payment information in response.
Our official communications will only come from verified email addresses associated with our domain (@madfestlondon.com), and any legitimate ticket offers will always:
- Be sent from info@madfestlondon.com
- Clearly communicated through our official channels
- Or by personal emails from MAD//Fest employees
If you have received one of these suspicious emails, we recommend:
- Deleting it immediately
- Reporting it as phishing/spam in your email provider
- If you have provided any personal data to any phishing sites impersonating us, we advise you to change your passwords immediately.
Your security is extremely important to us, and we are actively investigating this issue.
Thank you for your vigilance and continued support.
Team MAD//Fest
