Facebook Vice President for Europe, Middle East + Africa Nicola Mendelsohn CBE is the latest industry titan to confirm that they will be speaking at MAD//Fest London on 7 July at The Old Truman Brewery.

Described by The Telegraph as “the most powerful British woman in the tech industry”, Nicola will share her vision for how we can transform the industry through innovation, action and a bold agenda to change the future.

Nicola’s career in advertising spans more than 20 years and has included agency-side roles at BBH, Grey and Karmarama. She is also a non-executive of Diageo, serves on the UK government’s Digital Economy Council, the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board, and is co-president of the charity Norwood.

In 2019, Nicola founded and launched the Follicular Lymphoma Foundation, a charity focused solely on raising funds to help the thousands of people living with Follicular Lymphoma to live well and get well.

“As an event where brand, tech and media leaders gather to share ideas, innovation and bold thinking, it’s exciting to add a keynote of Nicola’s stature, influence and profile to the MAD//Fest agenda. We can’t wait to hear Nicola’s vision for the future as we emerge from a turbulent period not just for the ad industry, but for the world at large,” said Ian Houghton, MAD//Fest’s Co-founder.

Bringing together more than 4,000 industry leaders on 7-8 July, MAD//Fest London is this summer's only in-person industry festival.
