Vodafone CMO, Iris Meijer and Habito's CMO, Abba Newbery are the latest industry stars to join this summer's MAD//Fest speaker lineup

Meijer and Newbery are among a string of new speakers announced by the MAD//Fest team who will be sharing their ideas, plans and innovations to transform the marketing landscape outdoors at The Old Truman Brewery on 7th and 8th July.

Other speakers who will be tackling the ‘where do we go from here?’ theme include serial tech entrepreneur and Resi founder Alexandra Depledge MBE, One Fine Stay CMO, Amanda Dyjecinski, Reebok's Head of Brand Communications, Lucy Denver, COOK's Chief Creative Officer, James Rutter, Cadbury's Marketing Director, Benazir Barlet-Batada, and William Grant & Sons' Global Innovation Manager, Tom Stannard.

July’s MAD//Fest event also will feature a dedicated ‘House of Innovation’ hosted by Sky Sports broadcaster and The Room Founder Alex Payne and Co:Cubed Founder Jeremy Basset. Start-ups and scale-ups will have the chance to present their innovations to a diverse range of briefs from brands including M&S, Nomad Foods, Pizza Hut and Reckitt Benckiser as part of the PITCH//IT competitions.

“As the world opens up this summer, July's MAD//Fest is comfortably on course to be our biggest and best event yet. Abba and Habito are reimagining the mortgage market through innovation and tech. Whilst, Iris and Vodafone prove that innovative marketing is not just the preserve of young start ups and scale ups. Both bring a wealth of experience, creativity and inspiration to a line-up that features people who are actively changing the future of marketing, brands and customer experience, “ said Dan Brain, MAD//Fest’s Co-founder.

Over 4,000 marketers are expected to attend MAD//Fest London, which is the first ever major UK marketing festival to take place outside rather than in a traditional venue. MAD//Fest London is also the first industry event of 2021 to take place in hybrid form, meaning visitors can attend the event in-person or via MAD//Fest London’s virtual platform.

A limited number of early bird tickets to MAD//Fest London are available here.
