Day 3 of next July’s MAD//Fest will shine a light on the brands who are ripping up the rule book, challenging the status quo and reaping the rewards.

Among the leading disruptors who will be speaking at MAD//Fest on Day 3 include; MD of rebel with a cause brewery Brewdog, James Brown; UK MD of bespoke styling service brand Stitch Fix, Simon Leesley; Co-founder of the company that’s bringing the taste of Italy to your home, Pasta Evangelists', Finn Lagun; Brand director of original fintech digital challenger Starling Bank, Rachel Kerone.

Having dramatically changed the landscape in their own sectors, they will reveal the secrets of their success and how they found the opportunity to be daring in disruption and take calculated risks. In common with other disruptive brands they have understood the new economic environment, made sense of a fast moving world, and seized the moment.

MAD//Fest’s content director, Luke Wilcox says, “These brands are the essence of what MAD//Fest and this year’s theme, ‘no guts, no glory’, are about. We can all be inspired by their stories, learn how to better understand emerging trends, and most importantly, how to be brave.”

Across the three days, on 5-7 July, at The Old Truman Brewery, speakers and attendees will come together with a disruptive edge to fix industry issues and come up with visionary ideas. With DJs, on-the-house drinks and food from Dishoom, it will be the festival for those who do not want to keep their head in the sand.

As Sir Martin Sorrell, who will also be speaking at MAD//Fest London, says, MAD//Fest is all about “Disruption, disruption, disruption”.

MAD//Fest’s call for papers is open until 17 December here. Preview rate tickets are available here until 28 January.
