India is dealing with a deadly second wave of COVID-19, and Sprinklr – a provider of unified customer experience management software (Unified-CXM) – saw that people were coming together to publicly share information regarding life-saving facilities, food, and resources on Twitter.

With many employees based in India, Sprinklr wanted to help. Sprinklr employees created a dashboard to help citizens of India find real-time, public information on Twitter related to COVID-19 resources. Using the Twitter API, Sprinklr's dashboard pulls together public data posted on Twitter with information about medical services, oxygen, medicines, food, and more.
