Lollipop Mentoring is a non-profit organization that strives to empower women through mentoring relationships. Our goal is to build a community where women can come together to inspire and support each other. We believe that mentoring is a powerful tool for personal and professional development, and we are committed to providing this opportunity to as many women as possible.

As a small non-profit start-up, we rely heavily on the support of volunteers. Fortunately, we have a dedicated group of mentors who have generously given their time and expertise to help other women achieve their goals. Our mentors come from diverse backgrounds and industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our program.

Our partnership with the Marylebone Project, a charity that supports homeless women in London, is one of our proudest accomplishments. Through this partnership, we have been able to offer our mentoring program to women who may not have had access to this kind of support otherwise. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and we are grateful to the Marylebone Project for helping us make this possible.

Lollipop Mentoring is excited to announce a new collaboration with Brixton Finishing School and DigiLearning for an initiative called CannesForAll. This initiative aims to provide opportunities for underrepresented talent to attend the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Lollipop Mentoring will be able to take four of our mentees to Cannes this year, where they will have the opportunity to connect with industry professionals and gain valuable experience in the creative field. We are thrilled to be a part of this initiative, which aligns with our mission of empowering women to achieve their full potential.

We recognise that our success would not be possible without the support of our community. We are grateful to all those who have supported us thus far, and we welcome others to get involved. There are many ways to support Lollipop Mentoring, including offering your company to host a session for the Marylebone Project partnership, donating to CannesForAll, promoting Lollipop within your businesses, and becoming a mentor and recommending Lollipop within your network.

As we approach our second year, we reflect on the challenges and accomplishments that have led us here. Starting a non-profit during a pandemic and operating in the midst of a cost of living crisis is not for the faint hearted, but we remain committed to our mission. I, and lollipop have learned from each challenge, and have emerged stronger and more resilient. It’s amazing what passion can achieve.

We believe that together, we can create a more equitable and empowering world for women. This is a call to arms for everyone who wants to make a difference. Join us on this journey and help us make a lasting impact in the lives of women and people everywhere.
