MAD//Fest teamed up with our friends at imagino to find out. We surveyed more than 100 top brand marketers for our How Sh*t is your Data-Driven Marketing report who gave us a warts-and-all account of their own data-driven marketing.

The results are in, and they’re eye-opening - and dare we say heartening for many marketers lamenting their own capabilities. 

For example, almost half (44%) of marketers say their company's personalisation is poor or very poor.

Meanwhile, almost a third (30%) describe their segmentation as either poor or very poor.
