The hugely popular Newsworks Speakeasy returns to MAD//Fest London on 1-3 July with a star-studded line-up of talent and journalists.

Broadcasters, journalists and talent including Rylan Clark, Gareth Thomas, Grace Dent, Frankie Bridge, Jimmy Famurewa and Anna Williamson are set to appear at Newsworks’ Speakeasy at MAD//Fest London on 1-3 July.

Returning to MAD//Fest in 2025, the hugely popular Newsworks activation will celebrate the very best of cultural journalism. Newsworks is the marketing body for the UK’s news publishers. The body campaigns for a free press and supports the future of journalism.

Featuring insightful content on topics ranging from food, drink and fashion to sex, dating and sport, Newsworks’ Speakeasy is a space for brands, publishers and content creators to take stock of cultural journalism and  forge new partnerships.

“Once again, Newsworks have pulled off a coup with an incredible line-up that will shine a light on the cultural relevance of news journalism and promote collaboration between news publishers and advertisers,” said Dan Brain, MAD//Fest London’s Co-founder.

“The Speakeasy is always one of the liveliest, vibrant and most popular activations at MAD//Fest - arrive early and let opportunities for brands to benefit from cultural journalism come to light!”
