The Biggest Crisis Brands Can’t Ignore: Mental Health, Humanity & Leading With Purpose
23 June 2025
What happens when a high-flying founder hits rock bottom — and builds a platform to help a billion people? JAAQ CEO Alex Packham shares what burnout taught him about leadership, purpose, and why mental health is every brand’s business.
JAAQ (Just Ask A Question), the innovative digital mental health and wellness platform, is proud to be partnering with MAD//Fest London this year. JAAQ CEO Alex Packham will be giving two keynote speeches, where he will explore and share his journey from serial entrepreneur and Silicon Valley high-flyer to hitting rock bottom. He will also discuss what the experience taught him about leadership, brands, and being human — and why he is now on a mission at JAAQ to improve the mental health and wellness of one billion people, tackling the biggest crisis of our generation for individuals, businesses, and brands.
Packham will be speaking at The Leadership/Track at 4:15pm on Tuesday 1st July, and at The Brewery at 10:35am on Thursday 3rd July.
As part of the partnership, JAAQ will also be running the CMO Club in the Tap Room for the duration of the event. Says JAAQ VP, Commercial Marketing, Lou Cruttenden: “We are excited to partner with MAD//Fest this year and to provide a space to host some of the world’s top marketers — to meet, mingle, and recharge, as well as experience and interact with the JAAQ platform firsthand.”
