This month’s MAD//Fest was our biggest ever with content across six stages, over three-days. So it was impossible to see every great brand marketer treading the festival’s boards and providing those key insights on how you should ride the storm of economic disruption. However, you can now watch all the major advertisers, challenger brands, agency A-listers, tech start-ups, entrepreneurs + celebs share their challenges, opportunities and shopping lists on our very own YouTube channel

To help you to navigate the breadth of sessions now available to you on our channel, we thought we’d pick out three 'standing room only' sessions, (one from each day), from our main Kantar Marketplace Hexagon Stage.

Day One, 4 July - Gary Neville in conversation with Paul Frampton Calero.

We opened this year's festival with a keynote conversation between host Paul Frampton-Calero and legendary ex-Manchester United and England footballer, now turned entrepreneur, broadcaster and soon-to-be Dragon, Gary Neville. Gary gave great insights into how businesses and those in leadership roles can do the right thing and and importantly, lift up and put female talent in to top table roles.

Day Two, 5 July - Kenyatte Nelson, Chief Membership & Customer Officer at Co-op

Who wouldn’t want to watch a session in which Kenyatte Nelson, Chief Membership & Customer Officer at Co-op, starts by saying, “Everyone hates you!” In typically barnstorming fashion he discusses what big business needs to do to regain trust, how all business models are dead, and what marketers need to do to about it!

Day Three, 6 July - Alessandra Bellini, Chief Customer Officer, Tesco

The brand Tesco needs no introduction - a true game changer for the sector and for wider retail, from launching its first loyalty card in 1995, through to being the first supermarket online and delivering to homes in 2000. Bellini takes us through the evolution of Tesco’s loyalty scheme from points accumulation to today’s strategy to create loyalty through relevance and make their customers feel valued through a platform of digital personal relevant engagement on their terms. Loyalty is dead, or is it?

All the sessions are now on our YouTube channel and over the course of the summer and next few months, we'll be be summarising and highlighting several of the standout keynotes, so you can have a weekly dose of marketing inspiration!
