Deadline To Enter Live £20k Diageo and McCormick Pitches Is 5pm on 30 Oct

15 Oct, 2020

Start-ups and scale-ups will have the chance to pitch for £20k digital experience and personalisation briefs from Diageo and McCormick at MAD//Anywhere next month.

Start-ups hoping to secure £20k pilots from Diageo and McCormick need to enter MAD//Anywhere PITCH//IT competition by 5pm on Friday 30 Oct.

Taking place at MAD//Anywhere on 11-12 Nov, the Diageo pitch focuses on using technology and platforms to deliver “next generation digital experiences” (11 Nov).

Meanwhile, McCormick will be awarding a £20k pilot for start-ups and scale-ups who can support the company’s ambition of  delivering personalisation at scale on 12 Nov.

This edition of PITCH//IT, MAD//Fest’s pitch innovation competition, will be managed by Co:Cubed. Co:Cubed is MAD//Fest’s innovation partner. 6 companies will be selected to participate in each pitch. The winner of the Diageo and McCormick pitch will each receive a £20k pilot, subject to due diligence.

For the first time, the pitches will be fully virtual. At MAD//Fest London last year, Threedium and SoPost secured pilots from Diageo and Avon Cosmetics after winning live pitches at the event.

“Our PITCH//IT competition at MAD//Fest is always a massive audience draw. Innovation and facilitating collaborative innovation between emerging tech players and global brands is in our DNA. We’re thrilled to be working with Diageo, McCormick and Co:Cubed to host PITCH//IT in 2020 as a purely virtual proposition,” said Dan Brain, MAD//Fest London’s Co-founder + Content Director.
