Diageo CMO Joins MAD//Fest 2022 Line-Up - Last Call For Papers

Cristina Diezhandino will speak about the importance of culture to Diageo's marketing strategy at MAD//Fest next July.

Diageo CMO Cristina Diezhandino is the latest heavyweight keynote confirmed for MAD//Fest London and will tackle the 2022 theme ‘No guts, No Glory’ on 5-7 July at The Old Truman Brewery Car Park.

Diezhandino, who replaced Syl Saller as global CMO at the drinks giant last year, will reveal how Diageo spots emerging trends and uses those insights to shape all aspects of its marketing plans and strategy on MAD//Fest's main Hexagon stage.

Diezhandino joins an already stellar line-up for the July festival, which includes incoming Global VP Marketing for Deliveroo Tina Koehler, Ford Director of Marketing Peter Zillig, Burberry Global VP Marketing, Digital + Innovation Rachel Waller, Stitch Fix UK Managing Director Simon Leesley, and Meatless Farm CMO Ferry Kamp.

These industry titans will share the big and bold decisions that marketers must make during a period of intense and accelerated disruption.

This is a collaboration not just confined to inspirational keynotes - Diageo has supported and fed into several of MAD//Fest's Innovation Pitches, where startups provide solutions for big brands' modern marketing challenges, and collaborated with Ripples at MAD//Fest 2021 to create the Ripples Espresso Martini Bar, which allowed attendees to print selfies on top of their delicious cocktails."
