Mark Shanley
// Executive Creative Director, adam&eveDDB
Drake once complained about not being in one of Mark’s ads. Stevie Knicks defended another one of them against its critics. His ads have been the answer to a question on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and become posters on kids’ bedroom walls. When The Sun called another one of his ads the most stomach-turning ad in television history Mark was just glad to have been considered part of television history. In a nearly 20 year career Mark Shanley’s work has been celebrated, satirised, awarded, parodied, referenced, copied, memed and banned. But it has never been boring.
Mark is Executive Creative Director at adam&eveDDB in London where he puts the agency’s Feeling First mantra at the heart of everything he does for his clients.

Olivia Mitchell-Bent
// Head of Events and Social, Drip Water
From the age of 15, I have balanced work with rigorous academic studies. Whether that be working in a coffee shop while undertaking GCSES, or serving tables at an Italian restaurant during my A Levels. In 2019, I moved from the small town of Chesterfield to complete my undergrad degree at the University of Manchester, studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics. This was while finding myself working in nightlife events and hospitality. Initially, it was simply an exciting way to get to know the city. But very quickly I learned that it would be a crucial vessel in building key relationships within the music and entertainment industry. My success in the field of event management and promotion then led to further freelance projects, including working with global events companies such as those producing Afronation & Rolling Loud, and coordinating production for music videos and other ad hoc events. After saving rigorously and indulging in half a year of travelling in 2023 - with the purpose of strengthening my Spanish-speaking - I returned to the UK and moved to London to pursue my Masters. I enrolled at UCL to study Race, Ethnicity and Postcolonial Studies, an interdisciplinary course that has massively shaped how I approach the business world. It was around the time of enrolment that Big Zuu, cofounder of Drip, approached me, suggesting that I would be just the person he wanted to get this disruptive new brand off the ground. I guess you could say the rest is history?!

Michal Orsava
// Co-founder, Webout
I’m a filmmaker at heart. I started shooting videos at 12 with my first phone camera, driven by creativity and humor. I founded my own studio, Filmagix, where I created marketing campaigns for major brands like Hyundai and Erste Bank. I taught myself visual effects to bring my stories to life without limits. My viral videos featured Schwarzenegger fighting the Czech PM or Kevin McCallister lost in Prague – gaining millions of views. Later, my co-founder and I flipped the script: instead of famous characters, we put the viewer into the story. Our James Bond video went viral and was shared by the Czech president. That’s how Webout was born – a platform turning attention into results with interactive, personalized video. We help brands create videos people actually finish watching.
